REGISTRATION
PROCEDURE FOR FRESH STUDENTS FOR 2017/2018 ACADEMIC SESSION
1.
Candidates are to report to their respective Departments and present
original copies of
the
Provisional Admission Letter and other credentials for screening and clearance
from Monday, 26th February to Friday, 2nd March,
2018.
2.
After clearance, the online registration will commence
as from Monday, 26th February to Friday, 9th March,
2018.
3.
After making payment at the Bank, candidates should
report to the University Health Services Unit for medical examination.
4.
Candidates should subsequently visit the University
Portal to fill and print the Bio Data and Course Registration Forms.
5.
Candidates will then proceed to their respective Level
Coordinators in their Department for checking of the Course Registration Form
(CRF) and endorsement.
6.
After endorsement on the CRF by the Level Coordinator,
candidates are to submit copies of the Course Registration (CRF) and Bio Data
Forms as well as all other credentials to the following offices:
Level
Coordinator in the Department Faculty Officer in the Faculty
Academic Division
Student Affairs Division
7.
Candidates should as well report to School of General
Studies and University Library for registration
8.
Candidates should report to Student Affairs Division
for ID Card and Hostel Accommodation.

NB:
Candidates should not go to any
Department for signing on their CRF except to the Level Coordinator of their
parent Department.
Candidates are advised to

2016/2017 ACADEMIC SESSION ONLINE REGISTRATION GUIDE FOR
FRESH STUDENTS
1.
The online registration commences as from Monday, 26th February to Friday, 9th March, 2018.
2.
Log on to www.kustwudil.edu.ng
3.
On the ‘Home page’
Menu Bar, point
on ‘PORTALS’ and
click on
‘UNDERGRADUATE PORTAL’.
4.
On the Undergraduate Portal Menu Bar or under Navigation links, click on
‘Print Invoice’ and enter your JAMB Registration Number to generate your
payment invoice.
5.
Proceed to any Zenith Bank Branch nationwide with the invoice to make
payment.
6.
After payment, return to ‘Undergraduate Portal’ (see step 2 to 3) and
click on ‘Continue Registration’ to fill-in all the necessary data on the
create Account form and click on ‘Submit’.
7.
Then click
on ‘course registration’ to register your courses.
8.
Print your course registration form, sign and then submit to the Level
Coordinator in your Department.

1.
Students are advised to strictly adhere to the above guidelines so as to
avoid attracting penalty.
2.
Application for hostel accommodation can be made through the University
portal via the following procedure:
a)
Obtain
Hostel application PIN from the Student Affairs Division.
b)
Log on to
the www.kustwudil.edu.ng
c)
On the homepage click on ‘Apply for Hostel’ and typ e in the PIN and
serial number where applicable and click submit.
